Phase 2 Southbank Residence

UOA is going to launch Phase 2 of Southbank Residence probably early next year. There are two things which I would like to say. Firstly is the facilities area which is smaller in size. Secondly is the elevated parking which start at Level 6 to Level 10. Owners need to drive up 12 ramps in order to reach their respective car park lot.
